Here are a couple more images of the awesome light show I was treated to yesterday. These were taken at a rest stop near Willows, CA. I shot with ProHDR, used Snapseed to add drama (and a vintage style to the 1st one,) TouchRetouch to remove a telephone wire in the first one, and Filterstorm to reduce some noise and add tone mapping.

Stunning!
Thank you Jennifer
Simply amazing. Well worth the wait to see these photographs. I’m glad you got to see and capture this!
Breathtaking!
Amazing processing… very very dramatic clicks!
Thank you
It’s quite amazing, all that with a tiny cell phone. wow… I’m impress!
Thank you Anne. I think its better than not having any pictures at all. I’d much rather shoot the same scene with a pro level DSLR, but we don’t all have access to those haha.
wow, this is a wonderful shot. got to get you a dslr, i just got a t2i after wanting one for years. for what equipment you’re using though, this is a seriously wonderful shot. pretty much all of yours are really. nice work
I had a Nikon D60 but I outgrew it so I sold it thinking I’d be motivated to get a real job and save up for a better camera. It might be another month before I can grab a D7000
yeah, i went the canon route because a lot of my friends have it and i was hoping to use their lenses (hint hint). Just looked up the d7000, looks pretty swanky. hope you get it soon!
